Refund/Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with CR3ATIVS! Please read our policy carefully regarding refunds and returns: 

 

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item does not fit properly.  

 

• Size Issues: If you receive an item that doesn't fit, we will accept returns for a replacement size if the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags still in tact.

 

• Return Procedure: You have 7 days from receiving your order to reach out to us to process an exchange/refund. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

 

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or additionally purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

• Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

 

• Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
